Fair Use Rights of the artworks submitted

Artists who have submitted their artwork or photos to the ArtD’Hope community, art competition, art exhibition, special event program, or an auction and have any of their submitted artwork chosen for participation in the subsequent art exhibition or program, agree to the following; That ArtD’Hope Foundation be granted usage of the submitted artwork, for display, video marketing, and other promotional purposes and the exhibition catalog for that art exhibition. In addition, the artwork may be used for any future promotional ArtD’Hope Foundation themed art exhibitions and that usage of submitted image(s) is limited to any ArtD’Hope Foundation press releases, ArtD’Hope event presentations, ArtD’Hope articles, ArtD’Hope graphics, ArtD’Hope slide shows, ArtD’Hope presentations, ArtD’Hope event materials and for use on the ArtD’Hope website and future artist promotion.  

The artist further agrees that ArtD’Hope Foundation can maintain an archive of the submitted artwork image for the purpose of historical documentation and as a record of past themed shows. This archive will be available for public viewing and be limited to the ArtD’Hope Foundation website. ArtD’Hope will credit each image creator with their Artist Name, File Name, and the Artist Website, if applicable. The Artist maintains all copyrights of any images that are submitted to the ArtD’Hope Foundation.

No resale of or exchange of images will occur by ArtD’Hope Foundation without the expressed permission of the artist. All images contained herein or attached to this website are the property of the artist and the artist retains the sole copyright and all applicable rights to said images. No images may be copied or downloaded from this website.

Email Subscription

Users agree and understand that by joining our community & submitting their artwork to ArtD’Hope (ArtD’Hope Foundation) that they are opting in and will be placed as an ArtD’Hope Subscriber and will receive future email announcements and email notices from us.  If you want to be removed from this Email Subscriber List please click on the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any email from ArtD’Hope Foundation.

We use Razorpay, Paypal & other payment gateways for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
