For me, art is a way to express myself and connect with others. When I’m creating art, I feel like I’m tapping into something deeper within myself, and that’s a really powerful experience. And when I share my work with others, I feel like I’m opening up a conversation or a connection that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise.

Art is an expression of the feelings and thoughts of a painter, this is important because whatever is done in a work of art, everything is based on love.????

I agree. I also think that art has a way of transcending language and culture. Even if two people don’t speak the same language or come from different backgrounds, they can still appreciate and connect over a piece of art. That’s something really special.

I definitely see what you all mean. I think for me, art is a way of exploring the world around me and making sense of my experiences. When I see a piece of art that really resonates with me, it’s like the artist has put into words or images something that I couldn’t quite articulate on my own.

I think that’s why it’s so important for artists to have the freedom to create the work that they feel is important or meaningful, without worrying too much about whether it will be “popular” or “commercially successful.” Sometimes the most important art is the kind that challenges us or makes us uncomfortable.

I’ve always drawn whatever piqued my attention, and I’ve taught myself how to create cartoon characters freehand since I was a child. But because I lacked the creative ability to translate my mental image onto the canvas with watercolor (the recommended approach), I resorted to photography.
With today’s technology, I can convert a photograph into a painting. Nonetheless, during the pandemic, I retaught myself how to paint and sold my first digital oil painting, followed by a watercolor painting translated into cosmetic bags.
So painting and photography are my outlets for expressing myself and sharing my world through my eyes.
