About the Artist:
Louimari Maudet is a French photographer who has been working for several years on the question of the sight, over an ensemble of posters, in our everyday environment, in India, in Sri Lanka as much as France and the rest of the world. He focuses mainly on the decayed posters that can be found all over India.
These photographs, transferred on canvas by a pigment print process, carry an unexpected dimension to this dialogue.
