About the artist:
Anto George is a visual artist based in Kerala, India. He participated in several group exhibitions and camps in and out of Kerala and did installations and public site-specific works. He received many special mentions, one of which was at the Kochi Muziris Biennale. He has held several solo and group shows, some of which were held at the 1994 Kerala LalithKala Akademi, Sahithya Academy hall, LalithaKala Akademi Gallery, Kochi.
He also held group shows “The Big Picture” under the curator ‘Abhishek Poddar’ In 2015, he held a group show, “The 377191” Gallery Beyond, Mumbai. He also designed Theatre props for the play “Khasakkinte Idhihaasam” (The Legend of Khasak), Directed by Deepan Sivaraman.
