Consider creating an underpainting in a single color (such as grayscale or a complementary color) to establish values and composition before adding color layers on top.

I agree. I also think that art has a way of transcending language and culture. Even if two people don’t speak the same language or come from different backgrounds, they can still appreciate and connect over a piece of art. That’s something really special.

as a regular user, you cant post artwork to the art store. You need to get invitations from curators to publish work in the store. Other than that, all artist users can publish work in their profile, which will be checked by curators before inviting them to the art store.

    1. First Use a rag or paper towels to soak up as much of the paint on your brush as you possibly can.
    2. Then you can rinse it with turptatine
    3. Once all paint is removed, clean and rinse your brushes with dish soap and water. Lather a bit of liquid soap directly into the brush hairs to the ferrule to get every bit of paint out.
    4. Finally, rinse your brushes thoroughly and set them out to dry.

NFTs non fungible tokens are digital collectibles. They can be anything whether art, music, items from video games or any form of digital media. NFTs are tagged with a unique information which can be verified on a blockchain that indisputably proves authenticity and ownership of the item. Non-fungible tokens or NFTs are cryptographic assets on a blockchain with unique identification codes and metadata that distinguish them from each other. If you buy a an NFT its like owning the .jpeg file. But if you have the paperwork proving you own the original, that’s the value that an NFT provides. I hope it’s clear?

Right now uploading artworks feature is limited only to professional accounts. You need to upgrade your account from ‘Artist’ to ‘Visual Artist’ to upload your Artwork. Either you should be invited by curators from the artdhope community, or you can get your account upgraded by sending a few of your works or your portfolio to hello@artdhope.org from your registered email address.

I understand your perspective on AI art, and it’s a valid concern that some AI-generated artworks may be attributed solely to the AI itself, overshadowing the human artist’s contribution. It’s essential to acknowledge that AI in art is a tool, a collaborator, and not a substitute for the creative mind and talent of human artists.

As you rightly pointed out, AI can be a helpful aid when you encounter creative blocks or seek inspiration. Using AI-generated imagery as a starting point and then infusing it with your unique artistic approach is a brilliant way to leverage technology while maintaining the essence of your creative expression.

The beauty of AI art lies in its ability to spark new ideas and push the boundaries of artistic exploration. It can generate surreal and unexpected concepts that might never have crossed the human imagination. However, the true artistry comes from how humans interpret, adapt, and transform these AI-generated visions into tangible masterpieces.
